Australian Adventure

With the year coming to an end, despite all of the issues, criticisms, and sadness assigned to Toys "R" Us, I think we should spend a moment to thank them for the travel series that started in 2013.

Last July 2017 TRU launched its Australia Dolls, which turned out to be the final.  Little did we know the end was near, still Beauty of Creating designated this series as the "Australian Adventure" with initial plans to re-design the costumes in order to make them available for all collectors to purchase, without purchasing all of the dolls.

When the news spread of TRU's demise, our plans changed as we were able to acquire every doll in the series, including Ilee!

Instead of recreating the series outfits, we added to the memory of it all.  Our featured model, "Mandy" highlights this tribute!  With this outfit, any one of your favorite Journey Girl's will travel in BOCSTYLE!

Journey Girls have Gone Down Under!

Journey Girls 2017 Australia have arrived in Toys R Us stores.  I noticed online that a few dolls outside of the original group started to appear under the search "Journey Girls" at TRU's website.

Notice in the lower right-hand corner of the box, you will see a kangaroo motif!

That is fantastic news...sort of!

The curlies still are not back as an option for Chavonne!  However, I noticed the photo shoot that includes Chavonne in a beautiful dress wearing a huge puff seated at the back of her head.  Does that mean TRU has provided a wig option in curly?  That would be so cool!
